I have been dealing with a pretty severe case of depression for a while now.....?

Lately I have been having some pretty dark dreams about my own life coming to an end.
Have you ever had a really vivid dream that left you "shaken" after you had it?

If you've had severe depression for a long time it may be your subconsience mind playing on your fears about death and dying. Talking about this with a psyciatrist or councelor may be help releive there severity, and you may want to consider talking to your psyciatrist about some of the newer medications for helping you get a more restful sleep. Hope this helps and good luck.
they say then when you are suffering from depression you can have bad dream. You might want to consider getting on some medication or talking to someone.
ive thought about ending it but never had any dreams, and some of my thoughts are pretty bad to the point that im shaken up really bad
Yes.For me it's normal. If you're really worried, you should see a doctor or psychiatrist.
You are lucid enough to recognize that there is a problem, so how about seeing a doctor to try to work on the problem? Our dreams can be very vivid and revealing, giving us warnings when something is wrong. I hope you will consider getting some help and turn things around.
if you have felt depressed for more than 2 months you need to see a doctor
I have had 4 reoccurring dreams while I was pregnant each time. They all had to do with death or a bad accident or my baby dieing or something horrible. I was freaked out until I figured out what was really bothering me. Once I figured out that I could worry about the real problem and not the dumb scary dream.
