you really need someone to talk to you, with a heart to listern and to be by your side untill you can do it on your own....good luck
Call your GP and explain things. It sounds like you need a new CPN or therapist anyway. There are several types of treatment for anxiety and depression. Perhaps you need a new type of treatment. Ask for cognitive behavioral therapy. That was the only one that worked for me. If you've already tried it, then ask the doctor to refer you to someone who will be willing to work with you on different things. Also, if you are taking medication for your anxiety, you may need to change that as well. Some medications work differently for different people.
This is hard for you but you do need to re contact your GP and get yourself reassigned to the Mental health Care unit and there are facilities to help you to get to your your appointments but with any type of health care issue you will need to keep to a programme there will be methods of finding you transport when your ready to take on outside visits . Contact your Unit again a new CPN or key worker will be assigned to you you can be helped if you are willing to help yourself.
Depression and anxiety are serious, if you cannot arrange something with your GP or CPN then I would recommend a church, call your local churches, many churches have counseling for people free of charge and they can provide transportation and child care at the same church for free. Call and ask, my niece needed substance abuse counseling and a local Cristian church had free counseling available and child care if needed. Hope you take the time to find one, I promise you wont regret it. Hope you feel better.
First thing, get a Bible, read it......
Then go outside, fear not...
of course your responsible for your emotions, this is you, not your brain, thiers a difference........ you are not your brain...
if you want to be a scaredy cat, then your going to be a scaredy cat....no drug, no cpn, no therapy will do a thing for you, what will help is that you say i am not afraid...
Jesus is waiting to help you, all you got to do is ask...
HE is Risen
LIsten, I saw this amazing therapist who usues NLP and clinical hypnosis and she seems to be really knowledgeable with mental health. She helped me in only a couple of sessions with my depression that I have been suffering with fro years. I want to tell everyone about her because she helped me so much.

You should check her out at www.real-changes.com
