Doctors PUSH SSRI's on patients

SSRI's are a COMPLETE SCAM with HORRIBLE WITHDRAWLS

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH LEXAPRO

Anthony Colpo KNOWS SSRI's are a SCAM
Go for a walk. Ride a bike. Swim. Lift weights. Ride a skateboard. Throw a frisbee with someone. Play basketball.
I highly recommend both. The zoloft helps with your self-discipline thus you'll keep going with any exercise routine/diet much much much easier. Why can't u do both?
Zoloft increases your serotonin and that helps give you energy. Anything from a brisk walk to working out is good
No matter what you should exercise. The best thing about exercise, is that after a while, it actually creates more energy and you feel better. As for the Zoloft, I'm assuming your doctor is recommending it for depression? If so, you can try it for a while, if you are truly depressed, it may help. If you're just lazy, get out and exercise!
Well, I can share with you what I do. I exercise and I take medicine both. And I went through a year of therapy. And I have a written and mental gratitude list that I go to frequently.

Exercise in and of itself if really helpful for depression for several reasons. First of all, you release endorphins or "feel good" chemicals, but you also improve your body shape and that definitely makes you feel better. But exercise is one of many things that I do to combat depression. Medicine and one year of therapy did wonders for me and I can't battle my depression without medication. Good luck and feel better.
