Ahhh depression............? |
So used to it, and so tired of it. I'm sure some of you know exactly what i mean. Nothings exciting, and theres not much that'll cheer you up. Not really a question, sorry...just telling it how it is. I completely agree and I'm right there with you. It doesn't exactly help with relationships either! I've been with my boyfriend for almost 6 years now and I know he still has a hard time understanding what this is like to deal with. There are many times when I'm in a bad mood, don't feel like talking, or I just feel like sleeping all day. It's pretty hard to ignore such a powerful feeling, but I will continue to fight against it to avoid it completely taking over my life. My biggest problem with my boyfriend is that when I do feel like talking about it, I just want him to sit there and listen! I don't want him trying to "fix it" or give me suggestions that won't work. Just sit there and listen.... sounds like it should be pretty easy, but apparently not. You ever had this problem? People trying to come up with solutions that they think will fix everything? Source(s): I have had problems with recurring major depression for over 15 years now; I'm also a nurse (isn't that a fun combo??). I totally agree. Try the depression treatments at http://www.ezy-build.net. (.net.nz/~shaneris) on page 2. Sounds like you need a stress free fun vacation! YOu have to go on a vacation. This feeling is not going away. I am there and have the t-shirt. |
