**I need HELP with my Postpartum Depression?!**?

What exactly counts as PPD? what are some natural ways to deal with it? what are the BEST wyas to deal with it. I don't wanna take depression medication but if it's the BEST way what would it do for me?
Please help me get an answer to all these. Thanks.

Honey, you just answered your own question. You need help. If you think you have Postpartum depression, please see a doctor.

That said....Get enough sunshine, fresh air, and exercise. Take the baby out for walks! Eat right. Especially if you nurse the baby. Talk to people. Don't let your "new mother" status isolate you. Look for mother's groups in your city or neighborhood. ATTEND them. If you are leaning toward post partum depression -- or if you have a full blown case going on, your worst enemy is isolation. Take baby out to a playground. Sit and talk to other mothers watching children. It doesn't matter if your little one isn't running around yet. Those (in comparison) veteran mothers will probably love to give you advice. And attention. And contact with an adult human who UNDERSTANDS what having a new baby is like!

Last of all, but not least: See a doctor. If you are asking this question on the internet, you think you have PPD. Get a pro to help you decide if you have the "blues" or need help beyond mere social networking.
Exercise is good for all types of depression.
You really want to be under a doctor's care. Exercise does help. So does having help with the baby. Getting your hormones check, not necessarily meds.
