Ladies - how do you deal with PMS depression?

It has not been a problem until I began approaching the pre menopause stage of my life. Now there are days when I just want to sit and cry. When things that I can normally be patient about become the focus of my attention to a point where it interferes with relationships and work. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I feel for you, I hate it that I'm irrational and can't express it correctly. No one gets it. ARG!! So I do yoga or sometimes I just go to sleep.
Talk to your doc.
