Has anyone here used cognitive behavioral therapy without drugs to treat anxiety and depression? |
If so, how effective was it? Yes, depending on the person it can be beneficial; however, the best option is usually a combination of CBT and medication. Diet: because the brain chemistry is made from amino acids, so eating certain foods creates a normal chemistry Therapy: to overcome the fears that have developed due to the imbalanced brain chemistry. |
