Has anyone got any tips for for depression?

I'm disabled and get a bit depressed sometimes

Even though you're disabled there's still so much you can do. Get involved with activities and people. Work on community projects. Keep yourself as busy as possible. When I get depressed I like to either draw or write. What's fun for me is to draw architectural designs, like plans for houses. Then I use computer programs to build my design. It's really fun, and it relieves depression.
Hope this helped!
Be happy
sunlight helps alot. the vit D that the sun helps you produce rly aides in getting out of depression
you shouldn't be depressed. think about positive things. and think about poverty in other countries. maybe you should be thinking how fortunate you are for having things others can't have, like food, water or even a computer.
try to spend alot of time outdoors in the sun --- find some type of exersice that you are able to do!
Take pills- I would if I was depressed. And look positive out at the world. The world isn't out to get you. But my best advise is go see a doctor about this. Alright

Best of luck

Do something nice for someone. It doesn't have to cost anything. I have been through some terrible things, and you won't believe how much it will help you to take your mind off of your problems and think of someone else.
