How to get rid of a sudden depression?

Don't know where, when and what it really start. Just don't want to do or to talk anything.

Hi there are quite a few things you can do which will reduce your depression.
Take a look at the Self Help page on the site listed in the sources box for some ideas of things to try.

Hope this helps. Source(s): http://www.self-help-mental-health-depre...
I don't really know, but if someone can tell u please let me know, it would be useful for me too. What I do sometimes is just do something I like or find a way to get distracted (like watchin a movie) and hopefully it passes. But sometimes it's just too hard...
You should first and foremost get professional help, preferably from a psychiatrist who can properly prescribe some medication for you. If you want to get rid of your depression without the help of drugs or anything like that, consider trying yoga or massage therapy (mostly relaxation exercises). Meditation is also a really good technique. Have you also tried listening to upbeat and happy music? That helps me when I'm in a sour mood. The song, "Don't Worry, Be Happy" is a good one :)

Good luck.
