Has anybody used Wellbutrin for depression?

Did it work? What kind of side effects did you experience?

Yes, very few side effects. At first you might be a little irratable but that goes away. I like it because its mild. Loss of appetite for a little while but that also goes away after you body is used to the meds. Not everyone reacts the same to meds. You need to go by how you feel. If you don't feel right then talk to your doctor about it.
I tried it , it didnt work out for me personally one side effect for males might be (ED)
I used it. Didnt do much for me. I really didnt have any side effects so to speak.
The biggest thing about Wellbutrin is that it has the least amount of sexual side effects of all the antidepressants out there.
Remember that what works on me, may or may not work on you, especially with antidepressants.
HI i used Wellbutrin for many years i felt it did help me. The only thing i did not like was the irrtiabilty i felt , but that is when the Dr. prescribed a nerve meication... Good luck..
Myself taking the medication for almost 2 years.
I hated it, it wasn't effective enough for me after 3 months it still wasn't working effectively and they changed me to Lexapro. I don't take any of them now, instead I use St. John's Wort tincture. It works the best and I'm at my best. It's a natural herb and the only side effect that you may have is sensitive to sun. I didn't have that side effect though. I get it from www.dandesoap.com 4 oz bottle $15.95. I take 1/2 tsp with a little water in the mornings. They say that it can take up to 3 weeks to see results from it, but I could tell a difference by the fourth day. The best part is you can safely take it forever and it's non-additive. Check it out. The tincture is stronger and works faster than the tablets do, done tried those out.
I've been on it for a few years and I didn't have any noticable side effects. It's helped me a lot with the other meds I'm on. It's generally prescribed if SSRIs have been tried and do not work. The only way to know whether it'll work for you is to try it out for a while.
