Which RX is the best for treating major depression?

Conventional antidepressants only work to some degree in around a third of people using them.

Whatever answer you get will just really be the best of a bad bunch.

Why don't you try some more natural ways to beat depression instead.

There are many. Which one is best is the one which works best for you.
There is no best RX. Each med works differently on each person so what works well for you friend might not do a thing for you. Your doc will work WITH you on this to find the right medication or combination of meds that work well for you.
each is different, but I think Wellbutrin is AMAZING
i have taken a lot of different things. i find that seroquel i one that workd for alot of different people. sometimes a combination of different medications is needed. but keep in mind medication is not a neccesity it is just to help. u could try some other methods to deal with depression such as counseling or therapy. also u can talk to a doctor about the best medication for u.
Depends on what works best for the patient, and what the doctor is used to prescribing.

No one drug is going to be the best choice for everybody.

I take Paxil for my Major Depression, and it works well for me.
