I suffer form severe DEPRESSION. Today has been particularly hard to cope...Ideas to break this melancholy? It helps to find someone who might simply listen. I know it's difficult for another to actually help to treat the issue, but the burden will feel much lighter once you've spoken to someone about it truthfully. Lying or telling half the truth will only make it more difficult on you. It'll help to know that someone is aware of your struggle. take a holiday Volunteer at a battered women's shelter, soup kitchen, or children's hospital for a day. Helping others always lifts your spirits. Hey Grace u can try doing things that makes u feel good like dancing or cooking etc...meditation and yoga can help u out as well.think positive and be optimistic...there is lot in life to feel good about...explore the positive side of life sorry to hear your feeling like that. how about watching some funny film...Laurel n Hardy always makes me laugh. or have you got someone to chat to? sorry, best ideas Ive got. I'm sure you'll feel better soon. take care. You need to get outside and see the beauty in things around you it has been proven that freash air and sunshine help our brains keep on an even keel. Go for a walk and just enjoy the things you see, always stop and take the time to smell the flowers. Hey. the best thing is to change a key value in your life. Like change religion. Change your beliefs, or job or house. Even thinking of doing that will make a change to your mode. yes, do that and you will see effect soon. |
