I suffer through depression, is that bad 4 me?

What can it do to me? anything bad?

Thanks!

Depression is no joke...you may think nothing of it but it could lead to bad things. I used get depressed now and then but it isn't severe depression.

"Approximately 4 out of 100 teenagers get seriously depressed each year. Sure, everybody feels sad or blue now and then. But if you're sad most of the time, and it's giving you problems with:

~your grades
~your relationships with your family and friends
~alcohol, drugs, or sex
~controlling your behavior in other ways
then the problem may be - DEPRESSION

The good news is.... you can get treatment and FEEL BETTER SOON "

Just look at this site it will tell you everything you need to know about why you are depressed, what you need to be aware of, and how you can possibly treat your depression. Just don't ignore it

hope I helped.
Well, it can be if you are so depressed that you are suicidal. You need to find the source of your depression so you can work out ways to start feeling better.
