**Depression**? |
My life has been so terrible for the past few months... *I started Cutting (but stopped, but want to start again) *over came Bulemia *started smoking (and quit but Addiction is killing me) *Miss the girl of my dreams (we broke up in JANUARY) *had sex with a guy who didn't diserve my Vriginity *and came out about my sexuality (I'm Bisexual) i tried talking to my parents, Councelors, teachers, and co-workers... but on one seems to be helping... ADVICE!!!!!!! Hi Ellie, Please don't cut your body anymore because it won't bring that girl back again. If you want to torture your body take a cold shower or run a mile. Don't deprive your body of food because you want to torture yourself by wasting away. Smoking cigarettes will make you look ugly. I picked up smoking in the Marine Corp 40 years ago and I look like a triple ugly old guy. Besides you burn $5 on a pack. Smoking illegal "whatever" will make you butt ugly by age 30 too. Seems like now days you teenage girls can show each other more affection than girls in the late 60's. Any bond of affection hurts when broken. Learn from this and be cautious about forming affectionate bonds with anyone in the future. Loosing you virginity to the wrong guy?? When it was over with him you were probably left wondering "what happened?" or "wasn't something supposed to happen?" Thats my advice and it probably isn't very good or much help. I've seen my boys 27, 25 and 21 into the happier years of their 20's. My girl turned 18 this year and in 36 months she will be 21. Ellie, connect with your peer group of teens and it makes sense to listen to your parents. In your early 20's you will find where you "fit in" in this world. Try to ride stuff out. Best I can say. Just think about how tomorrow things can change for the better. If things start getting really bad then you might want to go to a doctor and maybe get on some meds. Cutting is a sign of insecurity. You simply need to mature up. Bulemia, once again, grow up. Smoking? Peer pressure. Grow up. Being bisexual is not natural, nor the way nature intended. If it was, bisexuals could reproduce, but alas they can't. On another note, stay bisexual, this way we won't have your genes in the world later on. See depression, and self harm, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on pages 2, and 4. I think you need to seek psychiatric help, get your parents to help you find some, they should oblige considering you are causing yourself physical pain and obviously going through hard times please dont cut.....things to get better, it doesnt stay sucky forever i promise.and things like losing ur virginity to the wrong person happen all the time. just wait all this out and hope for more positive things in your life http://dailystrength.org/support/teens/d... stick in there u sound like a strong person!good luck |
