What is the best way to help a freind get over depression?


Guickly plz she is really unhappy and i just dont know what to do. Lots of prayers to please.

Hi, the depressed person must show a desire to get better and want to beat their depression otherwise your efforts will be futile.

If they do want to gt better you could point them in the direction of the Self Help pages on the site in the sources box.
There are many things there that could help them.

Take her out somewhere and do fun stuff that she likes. Remind her of something funny that happened years ago. Good Luck.
talk to her talk about the things there were funnt that you did
