Not sure if vision has changed from age.. or from diabetes..? |
k so I had gestational diabetes- (gone now) I also am noticeing that my vision isnt what it use to be. My vision gets worse, when my sugar is low. SHould i have my eyes checked first or blood tested? Is this normal? The Mommy OF O'S ! vision check first, changes are not likely related to you having GD, but eyes do change with age.......if you had gestational diabetes you should have your blood sugar checked yearly with your pap or other yearly physcial to monitor for diabetes. GD can be a risk factor for developing diabetes later in life....not 100% that you will develop it, but should be at least monitored yearly. |
