Has your diet changed in the last 15 years?
I started eating really healthy when I was about 16 (I am 30 now). I was diagnosed with diabetes only a couple of months ago, have been borderline for 4 years.

Have your gained weight?
Lost weight

Is diabetes in your family?
YES

Do you exercise?
Yes

Do you eat sugary or refined foods?
No

Do you take your medicine?
No, the doctor has not put me on medicine, I am controlling my diabetes with diet and exercise.

My dad has this.
Has your diet changed in the last 15 years? He found about about two years ago & yes it has.
Have your gained weight? He has lost weight.
Is diabetes in your family? Yes. His dad has it.
Do you exercise? He doesn't really exercise, just work.
Do you eat sugary or refined foods? Yeah but he has cut back a little. One pop a day along with one candybar. If he eats alot of sugar he will fall asleep from his sugar being to high which is not good.
Do you take your medicine? He told the doctor he was not going to take it.

A.actually, I just found out I am a diabetic( found out about a year ago)
I started eating healthier about 6 years ago

A.I lost weight

A.my mother was "borderline"

A.when I can( I walk almost everywhere)

A.yes, sometimes, but I try not to

A.always

Has your diet changed in the last 15 years? Not really, I have always eaten low carb.

Have your gained weight? Yes, since being put on insulin injections I have nearly doubled my weight.

Is diabetes in your family?My mother died of complications of diabetes

Do you exercise? Every day!! I walk about an hour every day and spend an hour on the ab lounge thing. That is in addition to running a large house.

Do you eat sugary or refined foods? Not very often. Maybe half a serving every two weeks.

Do you take your medicine? every day!!
