My husband has sugar diabetes and his hemoglobin was high? |
what does this mean, since his blood sugar seems to be fine, could our meter be broke, i have to wait til mon to talk to the doctor so i though maybe someone could share their experiences with this. thanks A hemoglobin test, also known as an A1C, tells how high your blood sugar was over the past 3 months. Since your husbands A1C was high, you could have a bad or old meter. Please don't listen to people that tell you there are natural cures for diabetes. This is not true, and if it were, your doctor would have been the first one to tell you. Most of them are marketing schemes. Hello my friend, Hemoglobin is amount sugar in your blood in a month span. If his sugar is high, there may not be any signs. If it gets too high he can go into DKA (Diabetic Ketoacidosus-wrong spelling). If he is peeing alot or feeling dizzy then he probably has high blood sugar. It's VERY dangerous to fool around with. Please see your doctor or go to the emergency room IMMEDIATLY!!! dotn get insulin shots, they're BAD! no foods with white refined sugars and such should be eaten |
