When you have diabetes, what kind of food should you eat and what should you avoid?


Are there specific food that are good for people who are diabetic? Are there special ways to cook a specific type of food? Be specific in your answers please.

Obviously, excess amount of sugar should be avoided, but what other food should you take precautions for when you're diabetic?
