No there is no food item that directly causes any disease when consumed. blueberries are one of the most nutritious fruits that can be consumed. they are packed full of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants are not nothing except beneficial to the health if not allergic to them. No there are no foods that cause diabetes, factors include obesity and family history. Contrary to popular belief too much sugar does not directly cause diabetes. Diabetes is a degenerative disease usually caused by eating too much sugar over many years. If you have diabetes, the sugar in blueberries, or anything else for that matter, can aggravate it. No. bluberries are really good for you...full of antioxidants, and all. No. Plus, it has anti-cancer properties and lots of vitamins. No no. blue berry are healthy for you. |
