I am 29 and 2 hrs after eating my glucose level is 175, do i have diabetes?

the meal was eggs and toast for breakfast, but often i feel week and i test myself with a home test kit

The 175 reading is relatively high but it was done with a home glucose monitor which is not a tool to diagnose diabetes.
Home meters can be inaccurate +/- up to 20% so that reading could have been anywhere from 140 mg/dl to 210 mg/dl. Let's assume it was actually 140, that would still be higher than the acceptable limits.

What you need to do is have a fasting blood sugar test performed by a lab to get a true reading. That test is the gold standard for diagnosing diabetics

Testing two hours after a meal is going to give you your highest readings. Normally you use fasting blood tests for accuracy. A fasting BG (Blood Glucose) of under 100 is normal, 100 - 126 is pre-diabetes and two separate tests, from a lab, of over 126 is diabetes. These numbers are according to the ADA (American Diabetes Association). To get a real diagnosis, you will need to see your doctor and get real alb tests done. Two tests are required for a diagnosis of diabetes because one test can be a false positive.

That does not mean you have diabetes. Everyone's blood sugar / glucose level goes up after eating. What was it before you ate? Actually 175 is perfectlly normal for after a meal. You can't diagnose yourself by testing yourself that way. We all feel weak when we're hungry and need to eat. It's normal. Put down whomever's glucose monitor you've been playing with and relax. Diabetics would kill to have a glucose level of 175 after eating. If you're still concerned, visit a dr for a fasting glucose test.

Probably, but you cannot diagnose with a home glucometer because:

#1, you are NOT a doctor and
#2 home glucometers can be up to 20% off either way.

So get your doctor to run an HbA1c test AND a
Glucose Tolerance Test.

Those two are the best tests to determine if you have diabetes or prediabetes.
