Could My 13 Year old Have diabetes?

My 13 year old has these symptons..
-Sometimes feels blurred vision and lightheaded
-Gets cold hands and feet
-Always has to drink...

She has a eye examination tomarrow and should i tell the opticion about the blurred vision?
