No, I don't get numbness, headaches and am always dizzy due to the medications periferal to diabetes.

I get really uncontrollably nasty tempered. I snap and yell at people who don't deserve it. I have learned that when I start to get ticked off to check my glucose levels.

Well get yourself a blood checker, and test strips, that should tell you in 5 seconds. Headaches, are a symptom as well as dizziness. Low blood sugars induce sweating, slurred speech.

I get lethargic and grumpy. I also have a feeling inside that is hard to describe. It's like a heaviness... it's strange, but when I feel that I know I'm high.

The ones you list are not the biggies...the main things to look for are increased thirst, shimmery urine, and fatigue or sleepiness.
