HELP! DO I HAVE TYPE 1 DIABETES.. MY MOM DOESNT THINK I DO BUT SHE DOESNT GET THE SYMPTOMS I AM HAVING! |
THESE ARE THE SYMPTOMS I FOUND ONLINE I HAVE ALOT OF EM!! If you really think something might be wrong, tell you're mom you'd like to go to the doctor to get a test. If this is something that you constantly bring up on a daily basis to her you might only want to mention the suspect uti so she will be more willing to get you to the doctor. Now when you're at the doctor's don't tell him/her that you diagnosed yourself with type 1 diabeties. When they ask you what your symptoms are include everything else. Then they can make the best decision on what you need to be tested for and when. After all this could be something else, like nerves. My little brother can literaly make himself sick worrying about stuff. Relax, go see your mom and have her take you to the dr. Listen to what they say. If the tests comeback neg. then guess what...your probably diabetes free. As for your grandmother, watch your diet and stay healthy and you shouldn't have to worry about the type 2. it sounds like a urinary track infection. thats it. just tell your mom to listen to your whole thing. you could go to the dr just to make sure, good luck and i hope i helped Get tested again. It might be diabetes, it might be something else. From your symptoms I'd guess that you have a bladder infection. Stinging while you urinate is a typical symptom. There is a simple test to prove it and your Doctor can give you antibiotics to get rid of it. You have been checked for Diabetes and it's negative so I'd try and live with that as it isn't always hereditary. When you pee a lot the kidneys are trying to expel ketones which can't be broken down. That is Diabetes and you can actually smell the urine. It has a pear drop type smell. |
