Uncontrolled diabetes as well as too tight control with reduced blood sugar can cause tiredness. Please get evaluated by your doctor.

If you have Diabetes, then of course you would get tired. This happens because Insulin is needed in order for our cells to get the energy it needs from the food nutrients that we take in. Insulin is like a carrier.. without it, the nutrients from our foods will never be used to power up our cells in order for them to do their job. So with diabetes, there is a problem with your insulin release..either your pancreas doesn't release enough (as in Type 2 DM) or it doesn't release any insulin at all (as in Type 1 DM). Without it, our cells get impoverished... therefore you get the feeling of being tired because your cells didn't get the energy it needs to function.

Tired when? All the time, when you wake up, when you exercise? Are you taking insulin? Are you regularly testing your blood sugar?

The differential diagnosis for fatigue is huge! Could it be due to your diabetes? Sure. The big ones on my list are low or high blood sugars, poor sleep, anemia or hypothyroidism.

Are you overweight, snore and wake up after a supposedly long sleep but feel exhausted? Consider getting a sleep study because you could have OSA, obstructive sleep apnea.

You really should see your primary care doctor. Make sure that they check your TSH (thyroid) and blood (complete blood count, hemoglobin, hematocrit). Anemia and hypothyroidism are high up on the differential.

If your tiredness get worse on exertion or you are feeling a tightness in your chest, then it could be related to your heart. It would make sense to get a cardiac stress test.

It's the diabetes that is giving you those symptoms. I have diabetes also and when I get really tired, I test my blood and it is aways really low. Pump up on the sugar, it is not hard to beat this desease, but don't give up. Follow the rules and your problems will be over

I would say it is your diabetes. I believe when it goes up you get tired. With either one of them, going to the doctor is what the next step is or at least talking to him.

Chances are the symptoms are related your disease. The best thing to do is to seek medical help, as it sounds a little abnormal./

do you mean tired?

angioplastic? hahahahahaha

damn the ignorance in this country
