Is it true that there's a cure for diabetes, but the drug companies don't want to let it out? |
Because they make more money selling the drugs to treat it then they would to cure it? Yes and no. Yes, there's a cure if you don't mind eating healthy and exercising for the rest of your life. No, if you intend to eat like a pig and have lots of desserts. Read more on my info page: http://www.geocities.com/seabulls69/type... No. Ridiculous. There is no cure. And the money that would be made if a company found a cure would be astronomic. They'd be knocking themselves over trying to get it on the market. There is no conspiracy. drug researcher Yeah, and Iraq was responsiblr for the world trade center. I wouldn't be surprised. No drug company wants to cure diabetes. they make too much on treatment. Type one would be the first to be cured . We can only hope. diabetes for 20+ yrs Unfortunately, there is no cure for diabetes at this time. With the millions of people who suffer from diabetes (myself included), a cure would not be kept secret. There HAS been some talk about islet cell transplantion and a POSSIBLE cure...but it is in trial stages. Research has been hampered by the harvesting of islet cells, typically from the cord blood of newborns. It's very controversial. A pancreatic transplant? That alone is rare. There is such thing as a kidney/pancreatic transplant but that would not be done unless a person is in renal failure and needs a transplant to survive. Unfortunately again, there are just not enough organs to go around. |
