You can not simplify diabetes management to which is the best and cheapest drug. There are different classes of diabetes pills and insulins that work in different ways. They are selected based on your individual situation - ie are you skinny or fat? do you have liver disease or kidney problems? what other medications do you take that may interact? how bad off is your diabetes to begin with? these are all questions that need to be addressed regardless of which country you are in. |
