How do you make love with an insulin pump in you? (I have diabetes)?

I am thinking in using an insulin pump but I am worried about how to make love with it. Do you have to remove the needle? it needs to be used all the times? I have diabetes type I

When you have a pump, there is a stint that stays in you like with an IV, but the pump and tube itself can be removed if you're going to be active. You won't need insulin during love-making or any other physical activity. The stint is small and you can place it wherever you think is more comfortable - even your backside. When your activity is finished, you can just replace the tube in the stint and you're good to go.
