My boyfriend is moving in with me we just found out he has diabetes. I need to go shopping for food!!?

I need to know some foods that we can eat , folowing a diabetic diet that we both can enjoy, any suggestions ??

eat sugar . I have a lame God.
his doctor should be able to advise you on all that sort of stuff.

google it.. there's bound to be a bunch of stuff on the internet about cooking for diabetics etc.
I know that he would need to drink allot of orange juice, but he should ask his doctor FIRST...not us strangers. You just want to be on the safe side, know what i mean?
You should get the free hand-outs at the doctor's office that are there for just that. Book stores have cookbooks that are specifically compiled for diabetics
You can eat anything you like ... just be sure it's in moderation .... the less sugar the better of course .... but it isn't always sugar that affects diabetics .....
Peanut Butter shoots my blood sugar level through the roof ... go figure?
It's recommended to follow a low GI plan - this is best for diabetes. You can buy several informative books relatively inexpensively that explain lifestyle eating. It's easy to follow and a healthy, suitable option for anyone
get lots of fruits & vegetables and healty stuff avoid sugars. i know a boy that had diabetes and he cant have mroe than a spoonful of a mcflurry from mcdonalds because all the sugar or something like that so stick to healthy foods
