TRUE, ALSO OTHER THINGS AS WELL , I WAS ON OPTI FAST DIET AND HAD INCREASED THIRST AND IT DIDN'T EVEN SAY IT IN THE WARNINGS, YOU CAN DO A COUPLE OF TESTS TO SEE IF YOU HAVE , I HOPE FOR YOUR SAKE YOU DON'T .
