Is it possible for an extremely skinny, but physically inactive person to get diabetes? Any person can get diabetes, regardless of body size or shape. Life sty can increase your chances of getting it if you eat a diet with a lot of refined sugar and/or are physically inactive. With diabetes, your body simply loses it's ability to process insulin correctly and your sugar levels rise dangerously. Yes.
