What is protein excreation. How to control it It is related to Kidney function/Diabetes?

Protein Leakage is considered as leading to bed ridden status sooner or later. I want to be corrected.

If significant protein(albumin) is found in the urine, it means your kidney is not doing it's job by filtering those proteins. And yes it's related to diabetes and kidney function. Diabetes can lead to cardiovascular problems and kidney problems, just to name a few.
If the kidneys should fail, people are put on dialysis. It will filter waste products of your blood and once it's cleaned it's recirculated back to the body. Anyways, about the bed ridden status, it really depends on the degree of severity of the disease.

Normal amount of protein excreted in urine in 24 hours is less than 150 mg.In diabetes it often becomes higher and is known as nephropathy.Restriction of protein intake to 0.8mg/kg/day and addition of a drugs belonging to class of either ACEI or ARB helps in reducing protein in urine and prolongs longevity.Consult a MD physician or an Endocrinologist.
