I work long hours and feel tired all the time ive been checked for diabetes its ok looking for some help?

looking for supplements that could help me or something

vitamin B12 and vitamin E 500mg. Great energy boost and not bad for the body either.
more sleep might be better
You could be sleeping bad or have a sleeping disorder.

If you work nights the sleeping disorder could be more of a probability.

There is a medication ( and it is pricey, even with insurance) that can help you feel more alert for people with Narcolepsy and shift work sleep disorder called Provigil.
i take iron tablets and they perk me up no end. vitamin b is good. loose some weight if u need to. eat more healthy food.
Have you been checked for thyroid ?
Hi,

You should definately consider taking some classes in Tai Chi, this will help to increase your energy levels and teach you how to relax without having to depend on any supplements. After a few weeks of lessons you will feel a marked improvement.

Good luck,
Try taking iron tablets, or berocca
