Yes you should get checked right away. Even if it isn't diabetes. You could be type 2 and if you wait to long the sugar that is not properly used will build-up in your blood and you could go into a Coma. Go to the Doctor and get checked.
Could be honey only way to find out is too go to the Dr we here on answers can't tell you for sure because we can't run blood tests to tell you whats wrong

(5) Weight loss, weakness, lassitude.
(6) Pruritus valvae (itching of the external genitalia) in females, balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis) in males.
(7) Leg cramps, crops of boils, loss of libido (sexual urge) and impotence (partial or complete inability of the male to perform the sexual act or to achieve orgasm) in middle age.
(8) Blurring of vision may develop.
(9) High fasting blood sugar content >120 mg%
(10) Urine may be positive for sugar.

Yeah it could, but you might want to check if your pregnat again. If you have a shakey feeling in your legs/arms then that might be diabeties. Go to your doctor.
