Are You Aware That The Farcical Low Fat Diet Is Responsible For The Increase In Diabetes And Obesity?

Look into the research of Dr. Uffe Ravnskov and ANTHONY COLPO.

As I keep having to reply to your questions, there's a lot of crap science I ignore.

The problem is fat AND caloric intake. Just because it's low fat doesn't mean it's healthy. There are, however, many HEALTHY low fat foods.
Low fat seems to mean high sugar, or let me put it this way, when they take out the fat, they add more sugar to make it taste better! Make sense? Just something I noticed while checking food labels!
VERY true!
You are correct, Ashley

Remember , not even one randomized clinical trial using saturated fat restriction has ever produced any reduction at all in coronary heart disease mortality. None. Zero .

Did I mention none?

Yes, you read that correctly. Not even one. This is an absolute fact . Do the research people.
Anthony Colpo
