A hemoglobin A1C of 5.0 is wonderful.
It means your body is well controlling the insulin/sugar balance.
its within the healthy range!
I'm not sure what 5.0 means, but I am considered bordorline Diabetic Type 2 and my test was at 16. If you want to find out for sure, just ask the doctor, or whoever gave you the test .. call in and they will call you back with the result. Good Luck ! :)
A result of 5.0 is very good. The average adult blood sugar level is between 4 and 10 and diabetics are recommended to try and keep their levels between 4 and 7 to prevent any further health complications in later life.

Basically that is a good result and you're fine!
Type 1 Diabetic
between 3 and 10 is about average
five is good if it was 15 it is to high and 1-2- 3 can be to low
