No, it isn't. It is probably a severe allergic reaction. The primary symptoms of diabetes are headaches, exhaustion, excessive thirst, and frequent urination.

hhhmmm... go to a doctor or a dermatologist, but i'd say it could just be malnutrition. or an allergic reaction to whatever you were eating. believe me it's possible, i had too much soda once and i paid the price with LOTS of itcy red skin and hives.
symptoms of diabetes are frequent urination, incessant thirst and hunger, and coma.
