Is it safe to have a CT Scan of the kidney and abdomen if one has diabetes type 2, three leaking heart valves,

heart murmur, allergies to most pain meds, penicillan, and the flu shot. I do not know if I am allergic to idoine or shell fish.

A normal CT is nothing more than a 3D X-Ray, so you should be able to tolerate that quite well. Sometimes, they administer "contrast" fluid that contains iodine to light up areas of interest on the image. Talk to your doctor about whether you can tolerate it. It presents no problem for the vast majority of patients. Your health condition should not make it unsafe for you to have a CT, as long as you can lie still for several minutes at a time.
The CT Scan should be safe. I have type 2 diabetes, had problems with congestive heart failure and I also have many allergies. If your doctor ordered the test, you'll be fine. He/she wouldn't have ordered it if there was a chance of any problems. Good luck!
