Looking 4 food I can eat as much of as I want too,at any time,..Diabetes Issue's can you help? |
Im on a 75 carbs per meal a day,..and i have lost like 11 pounds so far in 2 months,...Im searching 4 food that i can eat as much of ,when I want,..that there are 0 carbs in it...a free food,so to speak!,..can anyone help me? Look for higher protein items like cheese, nuts, peanut butter. Do you like beef jerky? Some of those have 0 carbs. You have to read all of the labels. You will soon learn which foods have the higher carb counts. If you haven't done so, get you a book that lists the various carbs, calories, etc for all of the foods. There is also alot of information online about low-carbing. Jello is good too. It has no nutritive value, but it's a nice little snack. Good luck.
