I would guess loss of protein called proteinuria and electrolyte disturbances since electrolytes pass the memberanes different in different locations of the nephron. You can ask the diagnosing doctor about the exact pathology and then look up the abnormalities in nephron function or the subsequent kidney dysfunction, good luck
