Apples are a natural source of sugar. They are healthier than say a Snickers bar, but not a miracle food or anything. The skin is the healthiest part.
An apple is no miracle buddy. What the heck?
Apples are loaded with simple sugars. They shoot my blood sugar up minutes after eating one.
