I am a 31 yr old male and my blood sugar was at 104. Does this mean I have diabetes?

I exercise regulerly and try to eat right most of the time.

No. Diabetes is of course a diagnoses made by MD's. Also, a Blood Sugar of 104 is well within the "WNL"..within normal limits range. If you have further concerns regarding Diabetes or your blood sugar, consult your physician. Hope you are feeling great.
lol, no.
Normal blood sugar.
104 is a perfectly normal blood sugar, diabetic or not! Just keep exercising on a daily basis, and try to eat fewer carbohydrates.
Was this blood work done when you were fasting?? If not, you should have it repeated when you have not had anything to eat or drink.

No, it does not mean that you have diabetes. My friend had a blood sugar level of 106 and they told her to be careful so she did not move into pre diabetes. Drink water, keep exercising and watch your carbs and sugar. Be careful of too much juice.

You really need to see your doctor and discuss your results and concerns.
No. Average blood sugar levels run from 90 to 120. depending on the person. Just keep eating right, exercise and watch the sugar consumption, especially sodas. Keep in mind the kinds of foods that turn into sugar or raise sugar levels such as rice, pasta, potatoes and all white breads. And with diabetes rampant in our society, it wouldn't hurt to have your sugar level checked by a doctor from time to time, especially if diabetes runs in your family. God bless.
104 would not be considerd diabetic.Have it done again and if it the same or lower forget it.You may want to watch your sugar and carbs if you are concerned.
