If a doctor tells you that your kidneys are healthy, does that mean that you definitley don't have diabetes? |
Or at least... you most likely don't have diabetes? I was just wondering... thanks, guys! The only way to definitively know that the kidneys are working ok and that diabetes is not present, is to be tested via blood testing. Besides testing your blood, your doctor would also do a physical exam and get your family medical history. Source(s): I am a nurse for over 21 years Kidneys have something to do with diabetes but it pertains to the pancreas more not the kidneys It's a seperate blood test that you have to have done. Go and ask for a diabetes screening test. Diabetes can effect your kidneys, yes, but diabetes has to do with the levels of insulin in your body...go to the doctor to have them check specifically for diabetes. no it does not diabetes is a blood disease just because your kidneys are healthy doesnt mean u dnt hav diabetes No . It means your Kidneys are healthy |
