Okay I need detailed answers only my grandpa weighs close to 300 lbs and HAS to lose weight, he has diabetes? |
and low blood pressure, I need an idea of a diet regime and excercise scheduling ideas please please please help First he has to truely want to do something about it. if he doesn't then he will die. That is the way it is. You and others can help only if he really wants to do it. Get his doctor to recommend a dietitian to counsel him/you. To big of a problem for Y/A! ---Try to feed him more vegetables and fruit. ---make him a vegetarian, all minerals and vitamins can be found at the plant kingdom ---on the morning never wake him up(let himself do that work), by this it will be less stressful for the rest of the day. ---on the park, wear three layers of shirt(depends on how can he do) and walk at least 3x around ---during winter, don't let him sleep to much...at least play board games My mother-in-law lost right at 100lbs on Nutri-system,in about 3-4 months. I couldn't believe my eyes, she looks wonderful. They mail you the food and it cost about 10.00 a day. If you call them, they design the food around his diabetes and it works on the glycemic index. I cannot fouch for the taste though, my mother-in-law is not a very good cook, so it didn't bother her. She says that they send you more food than you can possibly eat. She paid attention to what they fed her, now she cooks accordingly to maintain a healthy weight. http://www.nutrisystem.com or 1-888-294-2727 hi.if u really want tht proper guide should be given thn just send me the diabities and blood pressure report to me so that i can help ur grandppa to effectively lose weight and maintain a good health....for more free detail send me an report on my email id cooooolguy_212000@yahoo.co.in or call me on 00919892256517.... |
