There are many organisations advertising their medicines for diabetes on the internet. Is it safe for use.?

I want to know whether it is safe to buy medicines for diabetes on the internet. Doctors say there is no cure for diabetes but could only be controlled and managed by medicines. But those advertising on the internet say there is cure. Is it true and safe?

There is no medical cure so anyone saying they have a cure is in direct violation of the law. So right off the bat, they are either ignorant or malicious. Do you want to be dealing with someone that irresponsible?

There are many natural products that may benefit you. Improving your diet gives you access to the many phytochemicals you should have been getting in your diet in the first place. Certain herbs can improve your insulin levels because of the phytochemicals they provide. They are not drugs anymore than the salad bar is a drug.

However, dietary supplements do not cure disease either. The provide a convenient source of nutritional support which may, in some cases, be of higher quality than the available food supply. Source(s): Dave Saunders, NC, DNEH

No, diabetes has to be closely supervised by your physician.
I am a nurse
There is NO cure, don't think you can win by trying things sold online, you'll end up very ill.

Take your insulin, listen to your doctors, when and if there is a cure, you'll know about it.
Type 1 diabetic for past 22 years.
I would stick to what your doctor advises. Unfortunately it is very easy to say just about anything these days and even have some "doctor" endorse it. They are almost all unsubstantiated claims.

There is no cure for diabetes. When you see a story on FOX news or ABC to the contrary you will know about it. It will be one of the biggest breakthroughs in years in medicine.

If you listen to everything on the internet you will a) be no better; and b) be much lighter in the wallet.

Diabetes can be controlled. That is true!! Diet, excercise, and meds are the way.

You deserve a lot of credit for finding out on your own instead of becoming a victim of a sales pitch.
