Is there any ingection available for diabetes patient as a one time cure?

i am 64 years young & living with this sweet heart called diabetes?

There is currently no cure for diabetes, especially not in an injection. However, diet and exercise changes can indeed help you live longer and healthier, and perhaps, even stay off of the daily medications.

http://dmoz.org/home/cooking/special_die...No. There is no cure of any kind for diabetes. Your doctor should have told you that. You can control the disease, but you will have it forever unless research comes up with something new in your lifetime.
Not yet but there is promising research going on with mice at the moment. So far they have managed to stimulate insulin production in the mice consistently but as with all things his method will now require human testing and FDA approval for years to come.
Unfortunately not. Diet can help Type 2 diabetes, some think it can cure it altogether. But if you're born with diabetes (Type 1) then there's no cure, except constant injections of insulin.
No there isn't, but hopefully someday there will be.
Apparently it can be cured in a few weeks to a month with a special diet. The problem is that you may need doctor's support, & they don't want to give you support/permission to do it because they like to make money from you buying their drugs forever.
