Diabetes is not limited to one group anyone can have Diabetes. If one of your parents or brother or sister has it there's a good chance that you will develope Diabetes.
people who are Manic-depressive
African- Americans
Hispanics
Fat people and midgets
Fat people do and those who drink a lot.
As far as ethnicity, hispanics are the highest risk group. In addition those with poor diet and/or those with diabetes in the family are also candidates. In addition, stress impacts some patients and they can develop Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Hope this helps..............
