you did not say what type of bumps , do you mean injection site lumps? if you do , there is not a lot you can do about them , keep needle hygene excelent, rotate injection sites and other than that not a lot you can do , ive had injection site lumps for about 8-10 years they look odd but your alive :) if you really want to put something on them try vitamin e cream good luck.
