i need help what should i do when i feel numbness in my leg and its 12 Am plz help this is a serous issue

See a doctor. This could be a wide range of things. Even as serious as blood clots.
first of all are u on any meds or insulin for diabetes? Or has the doc even diagnosed u with diabetes? if not i would go to the doc.
If you are having a new onset of numbness you need to be seen immediately. If no one is available to drive you then call an ambulance. Please do not drive yourself but, go to the emergency room now.

First and foremost I am not a physician nor am I representing myself as one. This sounds to me like diabetic neuropathy. This is when nerve function deteriorates in the body and leads to a gradual loss of feeling in the hands, arms, legs, and feet. Diabetics really have to watch their extremeties as they are one of the first places to notice serious issues with neuropathy and problems/infections due to diabetes. Keep your feet clean and notify your physician if you notice any sores, numbness or change in color of your skin. Don't ignore any open wounds on your body, not only the extremeties but every body part as it takes diabetics alot longer to heal than others. Good luck!
