Sit down, tilt your head back & keep putting in drops of saline solution every so often until it softens up. It will probably just come right out by itself then or be very easy to remove. You just need to rehydrate the lens. I've done that myself, by falling asleep with the old style lenses in. If the saline alone doesn't help after 10-15 minutes, try using re-wetting & lubricating drops...that should do the trick! Maybe you could put a cool, damp washcloth on your eye later for relief.

Put some eye drops in your eye then get yourself to the eye Dr. first thing tomorrow, or call him tonight and maybe he can tell you what to do. Its nothing to fool with.

Try a little saline solution to wet the contact. if that doesn't work, seek medical attention.

fill your sink with water and then open your eyes underwater.
see if that helps.
idk i dont have contacts but i've heard that if you wear them in a pool they fall out... so try your sinkkkk (: maybeeee.

Are you SURE that the contact is still in your eye? I've seen a number of people who thought their lens was in their eye and instead were trying to pull their cornea off.

1. See an opthomologist immediately.

2. Eye drops -- not vascoconstrictor kinds for get the red out - but rather Refresh, Genteal, Systane, or similiar drops that can be used as often as needed as you may need to use a lot of it to lubricate your eye.
